It's really easy to reserve a pre-loved SNOO bassinet with bebéactive for you little one!
Choose a rental plan
Once you've fallen in love with the bassinet, head to the rental plans page to find the perfect rental plan for your family. We've got flexible options for various durations, so you can have the bassinet for just the right amount of time. The minimum rental period is 1 month and you can rent for up to 6 months.
Make an enquiry
Send us an enquiry to check bassinet availability and get answers to any questions you might have – don't worry, we know life's busy, so we'll keep it as straightforward as possible
Secure your SNOO
Check over your bassinet rental details and send us your security deposit. Once we've received everything, we'll give your order the green light.
Sit back and relax – we've got this!
We'll deliver the bassinet right to your doorstep and even help you set it up. Our friendly team will also show you how to use and maintain the bassinet, so you can focus on enjoying time with your little one.
Make the most of your rental
Use your rented SNOO for as long as your plan allows, and rest assured that our customer support team is just a phone call away if you need a hand with anything.
Time to say goodbye (for now)
When your bassinet rental period is wrapping up, we'll get in touch to arrange a pick-up time. Just make sure the bassinet is clean and in tiptop shape before our team pops by.
Get your deposit back
Once we've checked over the returned bassinet, we'll complete the transaction to refund your security deposit that day.
