Warranty & Return: 
All our refurbished SNOOs have a 12 month limited warranty with Bebeactive (not Happiest Baby) to replace standard parts.
 
Cleaned and Sanitised: 
 
All our refurbished SNOOs are cleaned and refurbished with baby-safe cleaning products. Our SNOO Cleaning Service includes:
Complete removal of the SNOO mesh, soaked in baby-safe cleaning products to remove all stains
Cleaning of the SNOO white plastic platform and all hard surfaces with hospital grade cleaning products to remove all dirt and bacteria and properly disinfect all surfaces. 
Replacement of any damaged O-Rings on the motor shaft, platform wheels and greasing of bearings to ensure smooth operation of the SNOO rocking function and ensures there are no grinding or clicking noises or other issues related to broken O-Rings. Once replaced we test each SNOO for ensure smooth operation.
