Refund & Returns Policy
At Bebeactive Pty Ltd, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction and safety of our customers. Please read the following terms regarding refunds and returns.
1. Faulty Products
a) Major Failure:
If the product is faulty due to a major failure, making it unsafe or preventing it from functioning for its intended purpose, and if it cannot be repaired within 7 to 10 working days of notifying us of the issue, the Buyer is entitled to a full refund. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
b) Minor Failure:
For minor faults, such as the replacement of o-rings or other mechanical parts that wear down under normal usage, the product will be repaired within 7 to 10 working days from the time we are notified of the issue. These are considered minor problems and will be handled through repair.
2. Repair, Replace, or Refund
Bebeactive Pty Ltd reserves the right to choose whether to repair the product, replace the product or defective components, or provide a refund. This decision will be made based on the nature of the fault.
3. Change of Mind
Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. We recommend carefully reviewing product details before making a purchase.
4. Shipping Costs
In the event that a product is found to be faulty and cannot be repaired, we will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and pick-up of the faulty item. If a refund is issued, these shipping costs will also be reimbursed.
