Bebeactive Pty Ltd (ACN 669 249 914) is an independent Australian company that rents, cleans and repairs pre‑owned SNOO Smart Sleepers. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by Happiest Baby, Inc.

Trademark notice

“SNOO” and “Happiest Baby” are registered trade marks of Happiest Baby, Inc. We refer to them only to identify the original product for which our services are intended.
 

Second-hand status

Every bassinet we supply is pre‑owned. It is not supplied, warranted, serviced or supported by Happiest Baby, Inc., and carries no manufacturer guarantee.
 

No app or software included
We do not provide or support access to the Happiest Baby app or any Happiest Baby software. Customers who wish to use the official app must contact Happiest Baby directly.
 

Rental period & extensions
Your hire starts on the delivery date and ends on the date selected in your rental plan. If you need more time, request an extension at least seven days before the end date. Late returns are charged at $15 per day.
 

Fees & potential charges
You pay the rental fee (plus any delivery cost) up front. If the bassinet is returned damaged, excessively dirty or missing parts, we will invoice you for repair, cleaning or replacement at cost.
 

Delivery & inspection
Inspect the bassinet within 24 hours of delivery and let us know if anything is missing or damaged. If we don’t hear from you, we assume it arrived in good condition.
 

Your responsibilities
Use the SNOO exactly as described in Happiest Baby’s Usage Instructions and Safety Guidelines. Normal upkeep is on you; misuse or negligence means you cover any repair fees.
 

Liability & indemnity
You accept all risks while the SNOO is in your possession and agree to indemnify Bebeactive against any claims arising from its use, especially if you breach Happiest Baby’s terms.
 

Intellectual property clause
We acknowledge Happiest Baby’s IP rights and never use their logos. References to “SNOO” are strictly descriptive.
 

Termination
We can cancel the rental and collect the unit immediately if you breach the agreement (for example, by failing to pay fees or misusing the product).
 

Governing law
The agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes are heard in NSW courts.
