Patty Paredes is a versatile trainer with a diverse sports and exercise background bringing fun and high energy to her classes and one on one training sessions. Her goal is to make exercise fun and build long-lasting partnerships with her clients to help their health and fitness goals.
Originally from Chile, Patty is a black belt in karate and previously competed at the international level winning bronze for Chile in the Pan American Games. Whilst in Chile she ran outdoors programs inc. camping and hiking expeditions for young disadvantaged children and has qualifications as a swimming coach.
